Peace College Archives
General Information
Peace College Archives documents the history of Peace College from its establishment in 1857 to the present day.
Copies of college publications are located in the Archives. Researchers will find original copies of the yearbook and Peace's literary magazines. The collection includes administrative documents and information about the presidents of Peace College.
Campus life is of great importance to the history of Peace College. Through alumni donations of scrapbooks, photos, letters and publications, the Archives has an extensive collection of materials on the history of the student experience.
Historic treasures of the college such as a kindergarten desk built by Dr. Robert Burwell, first Peace president, and graduation memorabilia of a student in the Class of 1888 are on display.
Peace College Archives is available all hours the library is open. A staff member must assist a researcher in gaining access to the Archives.
